Drag Racing: Real drag racing with rounds of the Jap Drag Series and FWD Drag Series featuring qualifying and eliminations.

Jap Drag Series: The UK’s fastest modified cars compete in a three-class championship. Incorporating the Street Class, Factory Modified and the 200mph+ Pro class, these monstrous versions of familiar Japanese cars will take your breath away. More info available at  japdragseries.co.uk

FWD Drag Series: In the FWD Drag Series at Santa Pod Raceway the best tuned front wheel drive cars go head to head. Cars are from European and Japanese manufacturers with engines from 4 to 6 cylinder and typically run 9 to 11 second quarter miles. More info at www.fwddragseries.co.uk

Outlaw Street: An amateur drag racing series open to anyone who owns a street legal car & wants to enjoy 1/4 mile racing with like-minded people. More info at www.outlawstreet.co.uk

Run What Ya Brung: Get your car on the famous 1/4 mile dragstrip. £25 for unlimited runs on the dragstrip including full performance print-outs for each run.

Huge Handling Circuit: The handling track is free to use throughout the day and forms half of the God of the Pod competition. The course will feature tight twisty sections combined with some longer straights and faster corners to really put your car and driving to the test. Trophy for quickest time of the day.

• Seatbelts mandatory.
• Helmets required for open or soft top vehicles.
• No Passengers.
• Driving Licence Must be produced.
• Hitting a part of the track including cones incurs a 5 second penalty per collision.
• Failure to obey instructions of marshals could result in eviction from site.

God of the Pod Competition: So you think you’ve got what it takes to become THE God of The Pod? Well you and your wheels are going to need to be quick in a straight line and around corners.

The top 30 RWYB times of the day by GOTP competitors will score points based on their position, 1st claiming 30 points, 2nd claiming 29 points and so on right through to 30th picking up 1 point.

These points will then be combined with the points from the Handling Track, allocated using the same system to find the overall God of the Pod.

We’ll do all the number crunching; all you need to do is come along, sign up to run on both tracks and give it a go!

The same car must be used for Strip and Handling but tires can be changed.

Trophies will be awarded for the fastest ¼ mile time of the day, God of the Pod 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Trophy presentations take place after racing on the startline.

Rotorstock 10: The annual event for Rotary Mazda fans has a new home at God Of The Pod. This is Europe’s largest gathering of rotary-powered cars, and is operated as a show-within-a-show by the Mazda Rotary Club.
